As a public agency, we are committed to the highest standards of corporate governance.
Our Governance Framework outlines the policies and procedures that guide how our board conducts its business.
The Chair of the Arts Council receives an annual fee of €8,978. Other members receive a fee of €5,985 (some choose to waive this). Details of all fees and expenses received by members of the Arts Council are published in our Annual Reports.
We also provide guidance on governance to organisations we fund.
