Creative Places | Cumas Ceantar
Supported by artists and led by locals, Creative Places celebrates people-powered arts.
Established in 2019, Creative Places/Cumas Ceantar is a programme of sustained arts investment enabling people to create and run vibrant, accessible and stimulating arts programmes in their own local area.
Each Creative Place has a coordinator who works with the local community to explore, plan and deliver creative projects over a three-year term. This inclusive, diverse and participatory approach is rooted in socially engaged arts practice and community development principles.
